The new innovation centre consists of several advanced research laboratories, greenhouses and offices, ready to receive the more than 160 employees from around the world who will be working in Denmark. The ground floor is fitted out for Agriculture - primarily with laboratories but also a small office area and conference facilities. There is direct access to the newly established greenhouse via a glass passage. The first floor houses labs, open-plan offices and cell offices for Health and Nutrition, while the second floor is exclusively a mixture of open-plan and cell offices. Gottlieb Paludan Architects has contributed with workshops, 3D visualization, project design and supervision.
The new innovation centre constitutes a hub for research and development (R&D), regional administrative functions as well as regional sales activities. In addition, the centre supports the company’s growth potential in Europe, with regards to the purchase of the Danish company Cheminova, in April 2015.

See our Specialist Knowledge

Architecture leaves a lasting mark. When we work with existing buildings, we take on a responsibility – for the resources, for our architectural heritage, and for creating solutions that stand the test of time. Transformation is about breathing new life into the built environment and identifying new purposes for structures that no longer meet current needs. It demands insight, care and a long-term perspective on climate, economy and social value.
