DSB, New Domicile
Høje Taastrup, Denmark

Gottlieb Paludan Architects has assisted DSB in connection with the relocation to a new combined headquarters for 1,200 employees in Telegade in Høje Taastrup. DSB moved into an existing building, which was remodelled, renovated and furnished to match the company's structure and employee composition.

GPA has been the tenant advisor in the process from the very beginning until move-in and has, in close collaboration with DSB, prepared requirement specifications for the new headquarters. The process has included working groups with the themes of office, operations, canteen and working environment, determination of key figures for employees per room category and development of a generic model for the office units. We then assisted the client with architectural and interior design work.
